Week 24

I've done it! Whoo hoo!! Finally, I have figured out how to change 1 of the gazillion settings I've been trying to figure out how to change on my blog. I've seen comments left on my friends, Hilary, blog and could not figure out why my blog wouldn't let anyone leave them on mine (unless they have an active blog themselves). No more! Comment away everyone! This has been fixed! Now, how to try and make it look pretty. Not sure how I'm gonna get that done but that won't stop me from trying!!!

Lets see, this weeks highlights.. I worked, Jason worked, Julia visited daycare ... I got my haircut on Thursday... it wasn't just right so I got adventurous and trimmed a bit more off myself! Dangerous right? It's kind of like plucking your own eyebrows... you just have to be really, really careful not to get carried away!!

Julia and I did have plans to go to Great Grandma and Great Grandpa's on Friday.. but I got sick again. It had been brewing since the Sunday after Halloween and of course, the day we have a trip planned, Ka-blam. So, off to the dr's office we went and learned I have a sinus infection and a nasty chest cold to boot. Yuck. I was happy though since Julia had not been showing signs of having the chest cold, even though I'm pretty sure she carried it home from the twins at daycare. Oh well. Glass is half full right?

Julia got to go on another of her bi-weekly adventures with Grandma and Grandpa Jack. This Saturday they journeyed up to the Henry Doorley Zoo and as Grandma D told me, they went through the desert dome, took the tram around the park and discovered our Julie girl does not like the dark. She got a wee bit fussy the last half of the 'children of the night' and Grandma D said "Krikey, don't let the 'gaters hear ya". Once they re-discovered sunlight she was her happy self again!

Well, that about sums it up. Like I said, it was a pretty easygoing week! Hopefully we'll have more adventures to share next week with you!

Love Ang
