Sorry to leave you hanging... We've been a wee bit stressed around here for about the last 6 weeks... And to avoid any insanity inquiries ;) I have just been staying low key.
What's been going on you ask? Hmmmm... Where to start.... Well, shortly before Christmas Jason applied for a job with A new company. The week of Christmas he was running around like a beheaded chicken jumping to catch all the physicals and tests needed to be done. In really really simplistic terms, he was busy which equals stressed Angie.
Add to that, around that same time my Aunt Leisa broke her leg, Mom had some pretty impressive medical tests to verify the spots they found on her lungs are not in fact cancer.. Retests in about 6 months. Grandpa, Julia's great, became nearly blind and the sadness was eating him alive but thanks to a recent surgery up here in Lincoln he can see his great granddaughter again... Even better... The tv!
And then there's me. My PCOS symptoms came raging to a head and I too had to have a procedure to verify I am ok... For now anyway. Drs orders are to get lean and healthy to give my body the best fighting chance to take care of itself.
In a nutshell, I am so grateful for the life I have but am utterly emotionally exhausted. and that my dearies is why I've been absent. The good news? Jason got the job, mom is making some inspiring life changes, aunt leisa is on the mend, grandpa can see and I get to wake up to this each morning:
Ok, well I was going to share a pict of Jules but it seems I cannot upload a pict from my iPad... Hmmm.. Conundrum... Looks like I have a new battle
