Week 38

I didn't think about it till I was postng them now but the ottoman photos are not in the best of lighting to see the changes very well. Guess I'll keep that in mind next time I choose to take before and after photos!

On a positive note, we had our 38 week checkup on Tuesday. Doc said she wouldn't be surprised if Baby arrived within a week. Yep, that's 2 weeks early! Baby seems to be growing well...really well so she said if we go early, no worries and it wouldn't be so bad for me since Baby is big already. So. Wednesday, I had a few contractions..Thursday I had them about every hour up until about 11pm. Of course by then Jason had called in to work to say he's not coming..and then they stopped. Today, Friday, nothing major. Just a few sharp pains that I've been feeling all along. Some heartburn because I gave in the first time in my pregnancy and had some Amigos(fast Mexican food). It really wasn't worth it. Really. really wasn't worth it. Bleeech. Ick. Yuck.

So, now we wait patiently or impatiently. Depending on the moment you see! I keep telling myself, since Doc predicted within the week, I will probably go to term. No early baby..this way, if it happens, yea! If not, no biggie.
