It's official! We are now in our 3rd Trimester! It seems like time has been flying since we've found out Baby Runge is on the way! I keep thinking there is so much to do but then, when I take a look at our list, I realize we're making pretty good progress so far.
Daycare is sort of an issue and probably will be a thorn in our sides for a while. It's difficult finding a) someone with availability for a newborn, b)someone we trust, c)someone affordable, d)someone we trust...did I mention that one already? With our schedules we only need coverage 3 days 1 week and 1 day the next week so our search is a bit frustrating knowing the rates we'll have to pay vs. how much we'll actually use our provider.
On a fun note, last Sunday Jason and I started out the day thinking we were going to just put the crib together and ended up also re-painting the nursery..something we weren't going to do for a few weeks yet but...Hip Hip Hooray! It's done and out of the way! We took a few photos to commemorate the moment but I've only got one to share! We were pretty grubby and each of Jason I took was the absolute worst timing and the few of me that we have well..the belly had a mind of it's own and kept popping out of my tank top! Cute for Jason and my viewing pleasure but not so much a sharable photo!

ReplyDeleteI don't blame you on daycare one bit, it scares the heck out of me too! But if everyone else can find great daycare, then surely it's out there. I have no doubt you'll search until you find the perfect provider for your cherished baby. Geez, wish you lived here. I could take care of baby Runge! :)
