Fall times

The last of our hodgepodge collection of fall activities we did this year.. 

Apple Jack Festival:

I think out of the dozens of band pictures I took

and the multitudes of Shriners cars...

This, of her, is the absolute best!

Besides, the bands were LOUD!

 Jason and I got to go to a Husker game courtesy of Dad!

I think we set a record for number of times the wave went around!
Ok, maybe not.. but I lost count after 9.

I've got a great video,
it was going clockwise a few times, then counter,
 then fast, then slow,

then it split in two and bounced back around a few times
when it met in the middle.

Good times.

JDRF:

I try to participate in the walk each year.

Sometimes I'm working though and it doesn't 'work' out.

This year was a success though!

sort of... you'll see.

Jules got to play in the bounce house beforehand..

She also threw a few footballs..

Football throwing obsession followed shortly after this game.
Customers in Target were not impressed when she found a Nerf one.

 ..and she mastered the art of the tornado slide!

After all that, we were late starting so we didn't do the full walk this year,
 but we still participated so it was good.

Maybe next year.

Dress Up:

Yep. I share with you the horror of me in rollers..
just so you can see the adorableness of her in them.

What a ham!

Backyard Fun:



 

 We planted some Mums to brighten up the back fenceline..

She watered them!

Then she 'picked' one for me.
