Runge Times: RocaBerry Farms 2011

The first weekend in October Jason, Jules and I ventured to the pumpkin patch for our annual jaunt! It was a bit overcast and we had some concerns Mother Nature was going to give us a very chilly bath... but.. she was kind and held off till we were done!

So.. join us on our little jaunt, eh?

Maaaa, maaaa... goat speak translated to: 'I'm a haa-am, take my picture!'

Goat-pede! Notice the identical grimaces Jules and I share? I was such a silly nilly with my thoughts.. I figured I'd get some food, put it in Jules hands and feed the goats.. I was in la la land when thinking this.. oh the places Angie lives in.. Birds chirp, butterflies sing hello... and goats wait in line patiently for their food...

Ha! More like they bowl you over saying 'gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme!

Stinky, greedy buggers... good thing you're kinda cute..

Daddy to the rescue! He's got no qualms about shoving the goats right back when they shove him.. so Jules had a bit of breathing room to play.... I think they smelled sucker when I was in the picture.. ;)

Eeek! Goat slime!

This guy? His pictures here because.. well.. he got peed on.. and it was funny... and I had to take a few shots of the goofy, silly, wonky faces he was making. Disturbing I know but.. pretty entertaining to those witnessing it!

... and she's off! Lots of this going on that day! Good thing Daddy's really fast too!

Chugga, chugga. Choo, Choo! She could not wait to ride the train (there was a real one but I failed to get a good shot of us on it.. self portraits being an extreme sport for me!). She chased it down a few times but it wasn't until it's 3rd stop at the Depot that we were able to get on!

The Candy Land bridge! I think she raced over this.. oh, I don't know.. 7 or 8 times? She'd come runing across, laugh like a loon,run around the 'moat', take off on the opposite end and come racing back to us.. and then laugh.. evade capture.. run around the moat... you get where I'm going with this right?!
