*Transitions*

My baby is growing up.

On the 29th of January.. Jules transitioned out of her crib and into her toddler bed.

She was right there in the thick of things with Daddy..

No tool was safe...

Sniff, sniff....

How did she handle it you ask?

I don't know.. you tell me.. does this look like the face of a concerned kid?



Puppy was the first to break in the new digs with her...


She was pretty peeved when he bailed ship.. too much jumping!


Here she is helping Daddy put a screw into place... I don't know what he would have done without her help...


They were having a good time though!


The best part? She loves it! She can get in and out and in and out and in and out all by herself!

She's gone from crib to bed amazingly well. Her first nap was a breeze and for the most part, we haven't had any issues. The first time she fell out though.. 5am anyone? Ka-Thunk... silence.. then screams. Jason was out of bed and had her tucked up in his arms before the first scream erupted. Daddy's got mad instincts...Me? I was slooooow to react. I thought she'd hit her head on the wall again.. dropped the ball on that one I did...

All in all.. she's growing up folks. My baby girl is oh too quickly emerging into a fantastically busy toddler!
