HOW many days till Christmas?????????

Let me see.. how shall I count the ways.. I mean DAYS.. Well, there is 1 and 2.. ahhh 3.. then 4.. uhm... 5 and Goodness Gracious Miss Molly 6!!!!!

SIX DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!

Oh my goodness I am so excited!

This is where I usually get myself into trouble.

I love giving gifts and at this point.. I typically have everyone's already purchased with the exception of a stocking stuffer or two. But in the search for the stocking stuffers.. I find a little thing here and a little thing there.. see where I'm going? Aye yi yi.. I love it!

How about your preparations?

Is your home all sparkly and magical? Scented candles filling your home with the warmth of good cheer? Uhmmmm.. I am needing some comfort scents right now.. maybe I should just make a quick jaunt to the store to pick up a few candles... SEE! This is where it begins- the thought and then wha-bam! Before I know it I've got a cart full of stuff I have no idea what I am doing with!

Simple Angie Simple!! This is your mantra this year!

It's true. I really wanted to focus more on being together than the gifts. So, for a lot of my gifts there is a bit of craftiness coming out... I've just got to get on the ball for it! I am a procrastinator to the extreme! I tend to excel under duress though.. or so I like to think!

Ah-hem.. I apologize for the lack of photos lately.. they seem to be running a theme here and well... I'm a bit embarrassed.. You'll see why in a moment...

You see.. I've been so busy picking up the house, putting up a few decorations here and there, running around like a whirling dervish that I've completely forgotten how to use the camera unless our munchkin is eating!

Jason you ask? Well, to be totally honest, he's the whirling twirling dervish who remembered the camera! I'm just the dirty old hen following behind shouting 'Did you get it? Did ya, did ya?'

Ok, ok.. it's not that bad! We have been lax on the camera and will be shortly picking up steam here! We've honestly been doing a lot of videos lately and have gotten some cute short films! The videos look really grainy though since it's from our camera. I've opened a 'flicker' account to upload them to so that I can share them but.. it takes ages and ages and ages to upload a short 4 minute clip. We're talking I let it go for an hour the other night and it had only gotten 32% of the clip uploaded.

I am not a patient person and that was as far as my patience would allow me to go.

So.. round 2 will be fought here shortly.. wish me luck!

Seriously though, I wish everyone a happy and safe holiday. There have been some unthinkable tragedies to some families that are known by friends of ours and I wish each and every one of you a safe and beautiful holiday.
