It's here, it's here, it's almost here!!!

Can you believe it? FOURTEEN days and my baby will be a year old! I want to cry, stop time, rewind, fast forward, laugh, jump with glee and press a great big giant PAUSE button. Whew. All that and a bag of chips please!

Seriously though, very excited for the big day! The invites went out yesterday. Handmade with lots of love, time and 'whew! never gonna do that agains!'

Actually, I had a lot of fun making them. It all started with these stickers, yes- stickers, that I found on a shopping trip with Mom one day and the idea just snowballed from there. I started with just an idea of what to do with the invites which then led to a 12 month photo garland like thing made out of owls and flowers and on to a caterpiller happy birthday string me along thing to hang above the back patio doors and big giant Martha Stewart tissue paper puff ball thingys that Lakey had decorated my baby shower with.. well, I've got to make new ones but I saw them there and knew then, I had to make them for the sheer joy of it! Whew, gasp... Keeping up with me?!

Needless to say lots going on and not a lot of time.. good thing I took nearly all of her birthday week off to get caught up right?!
