Week 35

Whew! Will I ever walk like a regular joe again? This duck waddle thing I've got going on is sooo uncomfortable! I'm sure Jason's getting quite a kick out of it if those smiles I keep catching on his face when I'm waddling on by are anything to go on! Needless to say, he would never, ever say anything about it! Ha!!

Things are looking good for Baby's nursery to be put together tomorrow(Sunday). This last week we kept busy. Jason surprised me by putting the first few coats of paint on the dresser on Monday and I finished it off on Thursday. We've let it set for a few days and plan to move it into the house on Sunday. Yippee! Then I can hang our pictures, do Baby's laundry and start putting things away... bring in the rocking chair and set up the rug just so... get the daiper bag ready and the changing pad set up and the drawers filled..did I mention that already? I'm a little excited to get going on Baby's room again!

I also got to spend some time outside this week raking up some leaves and...planting PANSIES! I love those happy little flowers! They love to just bounce out front and they tolerate the chilly weather we still have so well. My Spring fever is appeased a tad bit when I'm able to put those happy little fellas out. I also picked up a daisy..go figure right? Me without Gerbers in the Spring? Are you silly? I just have to wait a few weeks before it is able to live outside for the season..till then, I'll happily let it bloom inside to keep my spirits up!

I've also hit a bit of a Spring..oh my goodness I'm never gonna be able to splurge like this again cycle. I've found not one but 3 frogs that I could not let myself live without. THREE! Can you believe it? I haven't found a frog for my collection that I couldn't live without for close to a year and then I found 3 all at once! Lucky for you, I've only got a photo of 1 that you need to suffer through..He's not as pretty as the other two but when I saw him..it was like finding my wedding dress all over again!

Enjoy, I hope everyone had a fantastic Easter weekend! Take care and hopefully next week, I'll have nursery photos to share!

Love,
Ang
